Our two-week onboarding process is highly collaborative. We first gain access to your branding assets and social accounts. During this time, we create a strategic content plan tailored to the information gathered during our discovery call. We send over your content strategy and first week's worth of content for your approval.
First, book your Discovery Call. Next, give us the green light on the best SMM package for you! Once you fill out the agreement, set up billing, and have paid your 1st month's invoice, we're officially ready to dive into onboarding!
Once you approve your content strategy plan and your first week's content, it's a GO! We officially take control of your social media, freeing you up to focus on being the badass business woman you are. Moving forward, we send you the following week's content every Friday for your quick review and approval. It's truly that easy!
Frequently Asked Questions
How soon can we start?
When you decide to invest in social media management for your business, there is a 2-week onboarding process. This begins with the contract & invoice upfront. From there, We'll build your content strategy & send it for approval. During these 2-weeks, you'll provide us with any assets we need: branding, logins, etc. We'll create your first month's content calendar & content and send it all for approval. Once everything is approved, We'll begin posting.

Do you create the content or do I need to get that to you?
Yes, we help create all of the content from graphics to video content. We create the graphics in Canva with your brand assets and edit the videos into Reels. The only thing we would ask of you is to provide your own brand photos.

How do we communicate & how often?
Email or text and as often as needed. As a mom of 4 & a wife, we do have set working hours so if you reach out after a certain time, We may not respond till the next day. However, if it's a social media emergency, We'll do my best to respond immediately.

What happens if I need more posts, more engagement, or additional platforms?
Great! We can add on to your current package to make sure everything aligns.

What if I want to end the contract before it expires?
Per our contract, we require a 30 day notice before any contract ends. If you're choosing to cancel the contract before the end date, there is a $1,000 fee.

Do you offer month-to-month or only contracts?
No. We offer 6-month contracts. The reason being is, social media is a marathon, not a sprint. We need more than 1-3 months to really determine the success of your content.
